How many free identifications do I get?
Free users get 3 photo identifications per day, plus 5 chat messages per Spot. The daily count resets each day. Without an account, you get 1 identification to try before signing in.
What does Premium include?
Unlimited identifications, 25 chat messages per Spot, your choice of AI model, custom synopsis modes, and cross-device sync — for $6.99/month or $39.99/year.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your device, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, find Spotter, and tap Cancel. You’ll keep Premium until the end of your billing period.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
In the app, go to Profile → Upgrade to Premium, then tap “Restore Purchases” at the bottom of the screen.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account from Profile in the app, which removes your data from our servers — or email us and we’ll take care of it.
