Frequently Asked Questions

How many free identifications do I get?

Free users get 3 photo identifications per day. The count resets at midnight UTC.

What does Premium include?

Unlimited identifications, 25 chat messages per spot (vs 10 on free), choice of AI model, and custom synopsis modes — all for $4.99/month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Open Settings on your device, go to Subscriptions, find Spotter, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

In the App, go to Profile → Upgrade to Premium, then tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the screen.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Contact us at the email above and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Does the app work offline?

The camera works offline, but identifications require an internet connection since they're processed by AI on our servers. Previously identified spots are available offline.
